Per esperienza, so che&nbsp;\u00e8 molto facile finire in un circolo vizioso e afferrare al volo un paio di biscotti prima di andare a scuola. Trasforma la regola dei &#8220;5 al giorno&#8221; in un gioco dispensando frutta con stuzzicadenti da cocktail o aggiungendo etichette colorate alla borsa piena di frutta e verdura. Mia figlia di 8 anni adora il sedano, il cetriolo e le carote con un po&#8217; di hummus &#8211; la merenda veloce perfetta per il dopo scuola. E io aggiungo messaggi e disegno faccine sorridenti sulle banane che porta con s\u00e9 a scuola!&nbsp;&#x1f609;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-203 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mynametags.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/fruit.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 451px) 100vw, 451px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mynametags.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/fruit.jpg 852w, https:\/\/www.mynametags.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/fruit-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mynametags.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/fruit-768x433.jpg 768w\" alt=\"fruit\" width=\"451\" height=\"254\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Formaggio &amp; uova<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le proteine di formaggio e uova aiutano a placare i giovani appetiti in fretta. Da mangiare da soli o accompagnati con gallette di riso o biscotti di grano. Un uovo bollito&nbsp;\u00e8 semplice e veloce da preparare. Puoi comprare snack di formaggio gi\u00e0 tagliati a cubetti&nbsp;oppure tagliare una forma di formaggio a fette.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-204 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mynametags.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/cheese-1024x709.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 445px) 100vw, 445px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mynametags.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/cheese-1024x709.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.mynametags.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/cheese-300x208.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mynametags.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/cheese-768x532.jpg 768w\" alt=\"cheese\" width=\"445\" height=\"308\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un sandwich (sano!)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gallette di grano o di riso sono alternative salutari al tradizionale sandwich di pane bianco. Da farcire con formaggio, marmellata (senza aggiunta di zuccheri ovviamente), banana, hummus, o avocado. Burro di noci senza zuccheri aggiunti come mandorla o anacardo sono anch&#8217;essi perfetti. Le mele condite con burro di noci sono tra gli snack&nbsp;preferiti a casa nostra. Non solo sono ricchi di oli omega, ma sono anche uno snack nutriente. Cerca noci al naturale, senza sale n\u00e9 zucchero. Divertenti da preparare, hanno un gusto migliore di quelli in busta o di quelli da scaldare nel microonde.
